Post Disaster - Emergency Management and Criminal Control Workshop

The workshop provides a learning platform that incorporates academic findings with SETX law enforcement practices, emergency management and SETX public officials for post-disaster and emergency management. The training event is made available to the local community stakeholders.

New “Internet of Things” Wireless Network
On July 18, 2022, I.T. Network Services will be deploying a new wireless network named “LUnet-IOT.” The purpose of this new wi-fi network will be to support non-standard devices that are being used for research and teaching purposes that do not support our standard campus security standards. COVID-19 Vaccines Available
Free COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna and Pfizer) are available at the Student Health Center to all Lamar University/LIT students, faculty and staff. You must register for an appointment.
